Austin Area School Districts Ranked!

INSTRUCTIONS on how to read these charts - With their being 16 school districts, I broke up the scoring into 4 groups for each category: GREEN = 1st-4th Place. YELLOW = 5th-8th Place. ORANGE = 9th-12th Place. RED = 13th-16th Place. I then applied the following points to each color: GREEN = 4 points. YELLOW = 3 points. ORANGE = 2 points. RED = 1 points. The first chart is the "Heat Map" where I counted up the score based off the points I assigned to the color. For example, Manor ISD placed RED in 5 categories, so they received an overall score of 5 points (RED = 1 point). Applying this scoring to each district allows you to see how the schools rank amongst each other overall. The graphs below the heat map are the same scores, but broken down into each category so you can see the actual grade or statistic received by every district in each category. Enjoy!
